instead of ogogoro, Since… starts with regenerative biodynamic organic certified corn from new york as our base spirit. then mimicking the ogogoro blends of the igala people of central nigeria, we infused a bouquet of unexpected spices and condiments to create something familiar yet original.

Since… leads with the slight dark chocolate funk of iru. in the background is a soft cinnamon sweetness and at the finish are tingling warm notes from grains of paradise.

Since… is distilled by matchbook distilling co, in the north fork region of long island, with ingredients sourced by burlap & barrel.

Since… is singular. confident enough to be sipped alone but not too shy to mix, it’s a delicious ambivert.
